That’s why we offer a wide selection of rental apartment options with great amenities and however, we do have a no pet policy. We strive to make your search for an apartment as easy and stress-free as possible.

On top of the great location and amenities, AFTON FLATS provides trash, sewer and water, and laundry is available free of charge. There are six apartments that electricity is also included in the monthly rent. With us, you can rest assured that you’ll never be surprised by an unexpected bill..
